    1. Basic troubleshooting steps
    Check Hardware Connections
    Re-plug the monitor cable (HDMI/DP/USB-C)
Test the external monitor (to confirm if it is a main screen issue)
     Force reboot
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force power off
Wait for 30 seconds to reboot
    2. Common Repair Methods
     Update the graphics card driver
Boot in Safe Mode (press F8 or Shift + Reboot while booting)
Device Manager > Display Adapter > Right-click to uninstall the device (check “Remove Driver”)
Automatically reinstall the driver after reboot
Turn off Fastboot Control Panel > Power Options > Select Power Button Functions
    Click “Change currently unavailable settings”.
    Uncheck “Enable fast startup”
     Check system files
    Administrator CMD Run:
    cmd
    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    3. Advanced Solutions
     Rollback the graphics card driver
Device Manager > Display Adapters > Properties > Drivers
    Select Rollback Driver (if available)
     Disable hardware acceleration
Settings > System > Display > Graphics Settings
    Disable “Hardware Acceleration GPU Program”
     Check for memory failures
Search for and run “Windows Memory Diagnostics”
Select “Restart now and check for problems”
    4. Ultimate Repair
     System Restore
    Search for “Create restore point”
Select the date before the green screen appears to restore
     Reinstall your system
Use Media Creation Tool to make an installation USB flash drive
    Select “Keep my files”
