Green screen critical process died when mapping a nas drive.

I get a green screen critical process died error when mapping a synology nas drive. This causes windows to crash and restart.

Which OS Build you had on current device? Have you installed the latest drivers for that Synology device?

It's evaluation copy build 22563.ni release 220219-1637.

I've not tried updating the synology drivers.

    Try to locate to C:\Windows\Minidump and check whether there is a new dmp or dump file generated.

      Yes there is a dmp what should I do with it?

        Hello,

        You could using Windbg to analyzing the dmp file to find the root cause for this issue.
