Graphics driver not working properly

So I have an Asus zephyrus laptop, with a 2060 max q. Just got the windows 11 beta build last night, and when I went to use my machine the desktop was "flashing" and refreshing every 2-3 seconds. Uninstalling/re-installing drivers fixed this issue, but when I go to launch a game, the issue reoccurs and flashes me to the desktop every 3 seconds. Happens with multiple games. And when this happens the task bar glitches and is completely empty.

Spent sometime with live chat support and got to the point of "updating drivers, running DISM command and system file checker commands but we are still facing the same issue. "

Any help is greatly appreciated. Can rollback to windows 10 but don't want to go through the hassle of backing up my files etc.

Update; only happens on secondary display.
