Gmail won't load in either of two accounts

For several hours I have had a problem loading any of my incoming Gmail messages, numbering about a hundred by now.  I have two accounts, both with the same problem.  Never encountered this before.  Don't have the slightest idea of how to proceed to fix it. 

Over the ten years or more since I've been consulting with Bleeping Computer techs I've never asked you a question that you didn't solve on the first try.  It's great having you people around.  In this case, if I can't bring up my email, don't know how I would be able to read and proceed with your resolution? 

I just tried to upload material on YouTube.  The screen has the circling arrow of death on it and will not upload anything.  I guess my computer won't upload stuff.  I have already first restarted it then shut it down and restarted it, but nothing changes.  I feel blessed that I'm able to send this message to BC, and am hopeful that you are receiving it.  I'll leave this post open and hope I can read from here whatever you guys suggest.  Jason Brooks
