Giving Windows Laptop to Someone Else
Might be a dumb question, but I am about to hand over one of my old Windows Insider Program laptops, to someone.......they need it to do an online course.....what's the best way to proceed ? completely wipe it, or just get them to set up their own account on it ?.......any thoughts welcomed..........

It is highly recommended that you completely reset your Windows 11 before you hand over device to someone else.
This will remove all your files, settings, account logged in, and your information on the device.
After reset, Windows will automatically ask you to create a new account. This new account can be setup by person you're handing over the device.
