I have good news for you ( You really don't have to do anything).

This is information for everyone who has downloaded and installed optional updates - basically the notification is confusing and should be changed!

You don't have to do a clean installation of Windows - Just -> don't download and install optional updates), but you can do it and you still have 'Stable Windows' with new features added!
