gamebar is not recording or capturing the screen

1. When I try to record it says recording is not working
2. When I open the folder where this content is saved from the settings the settings app crahes
3. After pressing windows+G menu hovers on the screen and I click on settings nothing happens, I have recently updated through the windows insider program.
