Fresh install windows 10 on a pc stuck in recovery mode?
Essentially the PC always boots into the blue repair screen and none of the auto repairs, restarts anything work. I don't know the problem if it is the storage or windows software but i have tried to fresh windows install but i have a mac and it cant seem to mount and transfer the iso file into a pen drive, please let me know what kinda of a probelm it is and how to fix.

Your PC is stuck because of system corruption or hardware issues. You’re having trouble creating a bootable USB from Mac, but tools like Ba1ena Etchar can help. Once you have a bootable USB, reinstall Windows by booting from it. If hardware is the problem (like a failing drive), replacing that might be necessary.
