Forbidden from Downloading Windows 11 ARM 64 Preview
When I try to confirm my version (Beta version, English) I get the following error:
We are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service. For this reason, leveraging anonymous or location hiding technologies when connecting to this service is not generally allowed. If you believe that you encountered this problem in error, please try again. If the problem persists you may contact Microsoft Support – Contact Us page for assistance. I contacted support, who said they can only refer me here.
I am not behind a VPN. I am just a Jane Schmoe user in Florida. I don't know why I would have this ban. Any ideas?
I need this download for work reasons. I did use my personal account to log in, though. (Work won't let me use the work account. Big company, lots of policies, blah blah blah.
I had this same issue on mac m1...
So I open the anonymous tab (cmd+shift+n) on Google Chrome and it works!
All of the others solutions don't work.

Julie280 yes it does work they do bann you even if you try rufus
please dont use rufus as it is a right pile of junk do it the proper way
and we can all be happy
