fn key error

Samsung laptop's fn key does not work after Windows 11(preview) update. If I use the fn key for volume control, the work bar disappears. How can I use the fn key well without initializing the window?...

    Are you installed with Windows 11 Insider Preview Builds in Dev Channel? If yes, pls update to build 22538 to retry this.
