Floating keyboard missing alter updating KB4041994

Hello,

 

I have a problem, the floating keyboard is missing after update KB4041994 on surface pro.

 

I can’t write on windows 10 after this update.

    That's an old update. Please update to build 16299.19 first and then check if you still have the same issue.
