Fingerprint Reader Won't Work
My fingerprint sensor wasn't working to sign into my laptop so I removed it and tried setting it up again but every time I try and add my fingerprint it says I can't add the same one but it won't let...
i have installed all windows updates and all drivers are installed. i download the drivers from dells website because i have a dell laptop. i have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. Reza_Ameri
Try uninstall the driver and then run Windows Update to see if it is being offered in the Windows Update?

- I just tried that and it didn't work. I uninstalled it rebooted then did the windows update and rebooted and it did install it but its still saying the same thing.
- Check with the Dell's support.
- Already did they couldn't figure it out.
