I have been experiencing the same issue on my 2021 Dell Inspiron 14 5400. However, The Dell support team told me it could have the cause of having some corrupted files. So whoever helped me "upgraded" and reinstalled windows. However, that only fixed the dissappering driver issue. My main issue is windows hello doesnt work on my lock screen. It is unresponsive until i sign in through password and then it works.
