Fill this up with the description of the issue

What specifically is the issue you're facing? (e.g., an error message, a function not working, something crashing, something not appearing as it should)

I have windows 10 and since jan 2024 Ive been in the windows insider program for 11, however, I want to upgrade to actual windows 11 and I cant.  Please help
