File on desktop moves after renaming

If I rename a file with "Auto arrange" and "Align icons" unchecked and restart Explorer the file moves to the left side and turns "Align icons" back on.

    1. Right click on your desktop
    2. Choose "Personalize"
    3. On the right hand side list, choose "Start"
    4. Turn off Show recently opened items in "Start, Jump Lists, and File Explorer"
