Hello, the other day I explained how I fixed the problem, but I included links; maybe that's not allowed because my comment wasn't published. So I used the ViveTool-gui application. It's very easy to use, you can find it on GitHub.
Insert the ID number > 51960011 in Advanced Options, then click on Perform Option and Disabled. The Explorer menu bug is resolved after restarting the PC.
