File explorer keeps refreshing windows 11
When I click the file explorer to open it it will refresh the entire windows 11 I am on canary channel windows 11 home insider preview evaluation copy. Build 25346.rs_prerelease.230415-1347

- Make sure report this issue using the Feedback Hub app.
Try update your graphic card driver.
Try run in Safe Mode and see if the problem persists?
