Feature not available on Windows Dev build 29576.1000

I am currently on the Windows Dev version (build 29576.1000), and the feature is not available for me. I would like to ask whether this feature can be enabled on my device, or when it will become available for this build.” (Full Screen Experience)

    Features in Windows Insider Preview builds are rolled out progressively. Sometimes, certain features are limited to specific channels (Dev, Beta, or Release Preview) or are only available in later builds. If the feature isn't present in your current build, it likely means it's either not yet released or not planned for this specific version.
