Sure thing. Backing up from Windows 10 Mobile is tricky since sync is dead.
Here's the fastest way:
Export to File: In Edge on your phone, go to Settings > Favorites > Export to file. Save the HTML file.
Transfer the File: Email the file to yourself or copy it to a computer via USB.
Import on New Phone: On your new Android or iPhone, open a browser (Chrome/Edge), go to its bookmarks settings, and choose to Import that HTML file.
That's it! Your favorites will be saved.

Since Windows 10 Mobile is quite old, and if you have access to a Windows PC:
- Connect your phone to a PC.
- Use File Explorer to navigate to your device storage.
- Your favorites/bookmarks might be stored in a file like Bookmarks or within the Edge data folder.
- Note: Windows 10 Mobile doesn't provide a straightforward way to export favorites directly from the device.
