Go and check the PC Health tool. The CPU is supported by Windows 11. Make sure turn on Secure Boot in BIOS.

I fixed this by creating an ISO from uupdump.net. I thought it was the latest build [Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26200.5516 (ge_release_upr) amd64] but was one I had. It took an hour to build it. Installing from this ISO fixed things, and then the above developer update worked.

I feel so stupid, all along I hadnt noticed there were so many temp files my Hard Drive was sitting on 12Gig, bumped into it today when I wanted to create the iso and thought wait a minute maybe that could be it, cleaned it out, got space and the update worked, thanks for the help though 👊
