I copy and pasted this into google and it gave me some good answers. I tried copying and pasting the steps in here, but for some reason would not let me post a response with a Google generated answer. If the first set of steps does not resolve issue there is an option to "Dive Deeper with AI" and that'll give you a few more things to try. Hopefully this works cause this update fixed some annoying File Explorer issues I was having. 

If all else fails, I suggest a hammer or kerosene😂😂🤔
