0xc1900101 errors are generic rollback error codes, usually caused by a driver issue. You should run SetupDiag to get the extended code to help determine what the issue is.
You also should make sure all your devices are running the latest drivers, firmware, and BIOS/UEFI from the manufacturer's website (not Windows Update or Device Manager). Make sure you don't have any external devices (SD cards, USB keys, docks, etc.) plugged in as well.

normally the update fails after installation in bios after 3% and then redoing the changes to your computer happens
