facing issue with windows insider preview update for windows 11

Install error - 0x80070002
2024-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5044380) is available.
We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x80242016).
When i restart after downloading this update they stop on 7% and restart but it is no update please solve

Use Event Viewer or Get-WindowsUpdateLog PowerShell command for detailed logs if errors persist. Look for specific issues related to the update failures.
Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
Select Windows Update and click Run.
Follow the prompts and let it attempt to fix issues automatically.
