Explorer window doesn't show up , windows 11 insider program 22622.590 ni release, beta channel

Hello ,

I have registered to Insider beta channel.

From the taskbar,  I can launch every app but explorer.exe

No window appears when I click on the windows explorer icon on the taskbar.

It doesn't start neither if I try to run it from TaskManager

Any idea about this bug ?
