evaluation copy Build 26040.rs_prerelease.240122-11:57

I have a problem. Since my last update on January 28th, 2024, I am using the "evaluation copy build 26040.rs_prerelease.240122-11:57" from Windows 11, I can no longer start my "ARK: Survival Evolved". Every time I get an error message that I don't have sufficient permissions to access the item. What is it? Can you help me solve the problem? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Steam and Ark several times, including on different hard drives, and cleaned the registry. I always get the same error message. I also removed all remnants of both programs from the computer each time.
