Error Windows Update

When user1 is inside windows insider program (Beta) and you create user2 (admin), user 2 exits user1 from windows insider program, after it windows update automatically detect you are usin an OS version that is form windows insider and you are not in this program so try to update to normal windows version and it fails with error code 0xc1900101.

The only solution to continue in windows insider program is inscribe ALL users to this program (they have different accounts).

If you create user3 (admin) the same happend so it seems there is a problem with user creation if you are using windows insider program.

I have reproduced 2 times, allways using the described steps

Windows Insider status is stored per user profile, but system components and update mechanisms may get confused if different users have conflicting Insider statuses.

When User1 is enrolled in the Insider Program, and User2 (or any other user) is created and then exits the Insider Program, the system still detects the Insider registration, but the user profile no longer has the correct registration info.

When User2 exits the Insider program, Windows detects that the device was previously enrolled and tries to update to the "normal" (public) build but encounters issues because the Insider registration info remains partially active or conflicts with the current user profile.

Run Windows Update Troubleshooter and manually reset update components.
