Error to enter in Insiders Program

Good morning,
I was trying to enter windows insiders, but clicking on the "Introduction" button gives an error " we aren't able to talk to our service at the moment"

Im already registered in insiders program but cant enter in windows insiders tab.

I already create a new user and when entering insiders with that user it gives me the same error
