Error Message "System32Hal.dll is Missing or Corrupt" on Windows ...
For the past week or so, my main computer fails to boot. I'd swapped SSD's I had cloned to only have temporally solved the problem because the swapped SSD's began have the same problem. They now will NOT boot. I saw an old thread about this problem and tried the recommended SFC commands but they didn't work! Macrium did the cloning and i used the command prompt in their rescue CD which couldn't fix the problem. I need help getting the main PC to boot. I have Win 10 Pro 64 bit. HP Tower with1TB SSD.

Turn on your PC and force shutdown as Windows attempts to boot (hold power button). Repeat this 3 times until the "Automatic Repair" screen appears.

Check SSD health with manufacturer tools (Samsung Magician, Crucial Storage Executive, etc.) if available.
