you have recovery options available:
one of them is going back to previous version of Windows:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/recovery-options-in-windows-10-31ce2444-7de3-818c-d626-e3b5a3024da5#bkmk_section6
if you want to go back to factory defaults, which is stable Windows, you will have to reinstall it again:
