error code 0x8007001F

So what i'm trying to do is upgrade from 25174 to 25193 and it gives me the dreaded error code 0x8007001F. The update gets stuck at 68 or 77 percent. Please help! 25174 is about to expire!

    I'm stuck on the user log in screen. Unable to log in, since Microsft keeps popping up then in the same second disappears again. Reverting me back to the login screen. 

    Upgraded from build 25174.1000 to build 25193.1000

    Please assist urgently
