Error accessing on prem AD after upgrade

After installation the only access available is with local user. I cannot access my pc with on premise AD Domain user / domain admin account. If I access with local admin account then I'm able to access any share on the network.  Once reverted the installation, network logon  is working properly. It happens with Build 27729.1000 and 27754.1000
The error message says "Your password has been changed on another device"
