Error 15103 Q.B desktop
Hello everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with Error 15103 Q.B desktop when I attempt to [describe the specific action or task you were performing when the error occurred, e.g., updating Quick-B00ks, downloading pay--r0ll updates, etc.]. I've already tried such as restarting Quick-B00ks, checking internet connectivity, etc., but the problem persists. Q.B Error 15103 often occurs during the update process and is usually related to issues with the update files, permissions, or Internet Explorer settings. Here are steps to resolve it:
- Verify Digital Signatures:
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\Intuit\Q.B or C:\Program Files (x86)\Intuit\Q.B.
- Right-click the QBW32.exe file.
- Select Properties and go to the Digital Signatures tab.
- Ensure Intuit Inc. is selected in the signature list.
- Click Details, then View Certificate, and select Install Certificate.
- Follow the prompts to complete the process.
- Run Q.B as Administrator:
- Right-click the Q.B icon on your desktop.
- Select Run as administrator.
- Reset Q.B Updates:
- Open Q.B.
- Go to Help > Update Q.B Desktop.
- Click the Update Now tab.
- Check the Reset Update box.
- Click Get Updates.
- Check Internet Explorer Settings:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Go to Tools > Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab and ensure the security level is set to Medium-high.
- Click the Connections tab, then LAN settings.
