Enable latent features

I've used the report button on your post to ask a moderator move your post there.
also, there is no 21H2 build. Dev builds are not tied to any specific release.
it's Not recommended to disrupt the Windows insider controlled feature rollout system, messes up the logs and causes other unwanted problems.
then you will experience bugs that you think is related to insider build, but in fact it's just happening because you modified the features.
