Emoji Icon Popup 🫶
Just updated to running Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 27858. 🥳
I saw the new emoji icon on my task bar, when I clicked on it, the emoji icon disappeared. After a reboot, it's now showing the instruction popup. I will reboot again & might get the emoji icon's popup I am looking for.

That emoji popup on the taskbar is pretty handy, right? It's great to see Microsoft adding quick access to emojis directly from the taskbar. Sometimes, after clicking it, the icon might disappear temporarily or show a brief instruction—totally normal during early previews or updates.
Press the Win shortcut to reopen the emoji panel, run it without effect wsreset.exe reset the store component, and then restart the computer.
