Dvice registartion under Microsoft account

Hello Team,

I am Amr Hamdy, I am trying to register my Dell laptop under Microsoft account however it is not working after so much wait period and I have got from Windows techincal support and they have performed all the possible windows troubleshooting steps but still this isn't working and they have informed me that it is bug which I am facng this issue since 6 months. This is my email address which I am trying to add my device : mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons,  and this my device name : Dell Latitude E6420, please provide me poassible soultion to fix this issue.
