Drivers installing despite having disabled it.

I am wonder if anyone has this same problem. Every time I have to upgrade to the latest build (I am on the Dev Channel) Windows Update tries to force display drivers down my throat. I don't mind the others but I am using Radeon Software for my drivers. Can anyone tell me why? Because I have modified the Registry and it always gets changed every time I upgrade builds..
