Driver IRQL

Im trying to install latest insider preview and I keep getting this blue screen error.

Stop code: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0xD1)

What failed: NDIS.SYS

    Check for devices with exclamation points in Device Manager and update conflicting drivers, or run the verifier command to verify drivers.

      That's has already  been done. There is a bug with this insider build.
