Download windows 11

Hi,can someone give me link to download windows 11 insider program?if my pc not support windows 11,can i use wintohdd app?what happen if i join windows insider program?

    Follow the link below and complete the steps.

     

    https://aka.ms/WIPSettings

     

    Once completed, you will have to sign in and then run Windows Updates again. It will then pick up the update for Windows 11

    My pc not support windows 11,but i see many people can install windows 11 without secure boot and tpm 2.0.
