Does anyone like this startup menu?
I came across custom theme with the following startup menu. I think it is cool and want to know how to trick the default theme like this.
If you're feeling adventurous, you can try creating your own theme from scratch. This requires a good understanding of HTML, CSS, and Windows API calls.
