Display all elements taskbar in extended displays

Hello!

I can't not find a way to display the 'Show hidden icons' arrow and the 'Internet, audio and battery' button on every extended screen.

The option doesn't exist in the control panel, so I guess this should be changed in the registry.

Does anyone know how it could be achieved?
