DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
No progress, I've been waiting for 45 minutes but it's stuck at 62.3%. What should I do, should I close CL or should I do something else? I need advice/help.

    If DISM is stuck at 62.3% for 45+ minutes, it’s likely frozen. You can safely close the Command Line window and try again after a restart. If it keeps freezing, run:

    bash
    sfc /scannow


    first, then rerun DISM. You can also try running DISM in Safe Mode with Networking for better stability.
