Disable native Windows shortcuts when running a Game in Full Screen

There are shortcuts like pressing Shift 5 times, or holding ALT and then pressing Shift.
things like that are used in games, like for example to do certain actions we need to repeatedly press shift, or use ALT for push to talk button, there are many other examples.

so my suggestion is to please turn off native Windows shortcuts like that while user runs a full screen game or any game in general so that they won't conflict with the game. Thanks
