Disable drop shadows problem

I have a program that, every time it starts, I have to click a button to disable drop shadows. I am trying to find a way of PERMANENTLY disabling DS and I have tried all the suggested fixtures such as unchecking boxes in sys.cpl\advanced\view etc and unchecked all relevant boxes but this seems to be just a temporary measure as, next time I go into my program I have to manually disable drop shadows again from there.

So, is there any way to permanently disable DS ???

    If you cannot find any options, consider checking the program’s official website for support or user forums. There may be commands or flags to disable drop shadows on startup.
