Devices Not Working - File Explorer Not Working - Corrupted Files - Insider Program Beta Release

It sounds like you're dealing with several issues, likely related to the beta build you're using. Since you're in the Insider Program, it's possible that the bugs you're facing are due to the early stage of this release. First, try using PowerShell as an administrator to check and repair any system file issues. You can run a built-in tool to restore system health with the following command:
Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth
If that doesn’t work, maybe you can try creating a new user account to see if the issue is specific to your current profile. For the File Explorer issue, you can also try resetting File Explorer settings or clearing its cache by deleting the "iconcache" file.
For your camera issue, you may check if the drivers are up to date and if the camera is enabled in the Device Manager.
Sometimes the Insider Program builds can sometimes introduce unexpected issues.
