Device not started (amdwwdmg) error for AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics

Alright, so I was trying to fix this blurry third-party apps problem I've had since I got this computer (windows 10 too) and I went to update my driver via device manager. When I updated it, it said device not started in the events centre. I scrolled up and then realised this has been happening since I upgraded to Windows 11. It also happens if I update via AMD software. This has been happening since I installed windows 11. I've attached photos showing when I updated the driver and when I installed windows 11. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
