Developed on Windows 10 Pro, won't run on Windows 11 Pro

I get the error code 0xc000007b.  The checksum is the same on the w11 and W10 machine.  Dependancy Walker seems to show the same results. 

A web downloaded version of the same program (QGroundControl) works fine on the W11 machine.  I customized the code using QtCreator.  I used TeamViewer to transfer the files in .zip and .gz compression.  Same results.
