Dev build 23516 taskbar taking a long time to load after start up Edit : In the end I went back to build 23511 and have paused updates
Update: This issue Microsoft Account login. I have installed US version with Local Account & it has no issue of Task Bar loading delay. But after logging in to Microsoft Account it again started (Delay in Task Bar loading)
