Dev build 23516 taskbar taking a long time to load

Dev build 23516 taskbar taking a long time to load after start up Edit : In the end I went back to build 23511 and have paused updates

Also having this on EVERY boot, about 5-10 mins before i can actually use my PC. Tried leaving the dev channel but of course MS have made this impossible....so sad that MS outsource all their development to and low quality software dev houses as every release seems to have more issues...and the workaround is always "wipe and re-install".

Running "sfc /scannow" does nothing.
