Demise of the BETA channel

In this official information there is an explanation that the Beta channel and the Dev channel. this is only a temporary solution:

- As was mentioned in this doc BETA and DEV are running in parallel to me that says both channels are receiving the same unstable builds so there is no more BETA channel MS should have left it alone from the start MS have not replied in any way to say things will be any different in this blog
