Dell PC stuck on boot screen after installing preview build
It is on unsupported CPU, TPM 1.2 and 12GB RAM.

- Boot into safe mode and uninstall the previous update.
- Can you acces to your bios or boot menu?
- Force a shutdown (as mentioned above) 2-3 times while the PC is booting up. This should trigger the Windows Recovery Environment.
